We are currently hiring for **BMC Helix Admin** role Location- Mumbai **Role Details:** We are seeking a highly skilled BMC Helix ITSM Specialist with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and supporting ITSM solutions on the BMC Helix platform. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across ITSM modules, strong integration experience, and the ability to lead teams and collaborate with business stakeholders. **Overall Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** : - Design, implement, and maintain solutions on BMC Helix 9.x+ and AR applications (Incident, Problem, Change, SRM, SLM, CMDB) - Develop workflows using Active Links, Filters, Escalations; configure CMDB and Asset Management - Integrate BMC Helix with third-party systems via REST APIs, SOAP, web services, Atrium Integrator - Manage Helix environments (Dev, QA, Prod); conduct upgrades (SaaS/on-prem), performance tuning, high availability/disaster recovery - Troubleshoot system logs, provide technical support, and document processes - Mentor junior developers and conduct peer code reviews **Technical Skill:** - Need Skilled resource for ITSM Tool (BMC Helix) with 10-15 years of experience. - Extensive knowledge of Helix/Remedy's ITSM modules, including Service Request Management, DWP Catalogue - Design, implement, and maintain solutions on BMC Helix and AR applications (Incident, Problem, Change, SRM, SLM, CMDB) - Develop workflows using Active Links, Filters, Escalations; configure CMDB and Asset Management - Strong understanding of BMC Helix SaaS multi tenancy platform - In-depth knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM, ARS, CMDB, Asset Mgmt, Innovation Studio, Data Manager, Business Workflows - Configuring and customising components of ITSM - Incident, Problem, Change, Task, SRM, DWP, SLM and CMDB - Should have extensive experience working with BMC Developer Studio - Integrate BMC Helix with third-party systems via REST APIs, SOAP, web services, Atrium Integrator - Should have in depth knowledge on BMC Helix Discovery module (BCM and Discovery) - Customisation of Helix/remedy forms, Developing workflows, escalations, filters - Ability to build DWPCAT workflow. - Customization of various applications in Helix PWA - Issue debugging and fixing of BMC Helix ITSM - Experience with database queries - Integration of BMC Helix with different applications - Customisation of remedy ARS and ITSM as per customer needs. - Having knowledge of spoon job in BMC helix - Maintain SOPs, documentation, configuration baselines. Produce dashboards/reports on CI accuracy, service health, and compliance. Support audits. - Collaborate cross-functionally on incident, change, and asset management integrations. - Maintain BMC Helix platform on Windows Server (patching, backups, performance tuning). - Ensure CMDB accuracy, completeness, and ITIL compliance, managing CI relationships and normalization/reconciliation. - Should have experience on configuring Hardware Asset management and Software asset management **EDUCATION** **Essential requirement:** B.Tech / B.E / B.ScIT Graduate or Post Graduate **Certifications:** - ITIL v4.0 foundation certified - **BMC Remedy Certified Associate** (preferred/mandatory) **WORK EXPERIENCE** **Essential requirement:** 5 to 12 years in BMC Helix platform **Desired Behavioral / Functional Traits** **Soft Skills:** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with business users, gather requirements and document workflow/integration - BMC remedy certified associate - People management experience Interested candidates kindly share your updated resumes on shraddha.mankuskar@indusind.com Regards, HR Team
