Roles and Responsibility ● Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and explain the company's products or services. ● Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback. ● Maintain a database of customer information and update call records regularly. ● Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns professionally. ● Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals. ● Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for growth. ● Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, pricing, and offers. **Key Skills Required**: ● Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Tamil ● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. ● Persuasive and confident in pitching products or services. ● Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain a professional attitude. ● Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
