Test Lead

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Lead the development of test plans, scripts, and cases for payment domain products in accordance with ISO standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and ensure effective testing of card payments, SEPA transactions, and Swift payments. • Develop automated tests using QA Automation tools to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual errors. • Analyze defects reported by stakeholders and work closely with developers to resolve issues. Job Requirements : • 8-12 years of experience in banking industry with expertise in payment domain (card payments, SEPA, SWIFT). • Strong understanding of ISO standards related to payments processing. • Proficiency in MT (Message Transaction) protocols used for international wire transfers.
