TCS is hiring for Marketing roles - Asset Adaptation Analyst and Content Production Analyst Roles- Analyst, SME, Team Lead & Delivery Manager. Experience - 3 to 15 years Qualification- Qualification - Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Shift- Rotational 24/7 (Including night shift) Job Description- Marketing - Asset Adaptation Analyst • Execute asset adaptation in accordance with brand guidelines • Perform Resizing, and versioning of approved master assets for all required channels, formats, and market variants • Maintain quality control throughout the adaptation workflow • Check file specs, color profiles, copy accuracy, and legal/compliance requirements before final delivery • Manage adaptation request intake, prioritization, and status tracking through workflow tool • Regular Reporting of capacity and delivery status on the agreed cadence • Stakeholder Communication, Case Management & Process Documentation • Desired technology skills: Adobe Creative Suite, FIGMA, Digital Asset Management & Content Management Platforms Marketing - Content Production Analyst • Produce marketing content and creative assets (copy, design, photography, video, digital) • Produce Content & Assets in accordance with approved campaign briefs, brand standards, and production specifications • Manage end-to-end Content production workflows • Manage intake of briefs, coordination with internal and external production resources, track milestones, and deliver assets on schedule • Conduct internal creative review and quality assurance before submission for approval • Manage post-production and archiving of approved assets: file naming, version control, and delivery to the designated DAM or distribution platform • Desired technology skills: Adobe Creative Suite, FIGMA, Digital Asset Management & Content Management Platforms
