Role & responsibilities • Must have experience in Domestic Recruitment minimum 4 years • Should be very strong in Sourcing, screening, and interview candidates to match requirements. • Must be strong in Boolean search strings. • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job needs. • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies. • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes align with company policies.
