Virtual Infrastructure Capacity Planning ? VMware Troubleshooting Good to Have ? PowerShell Scripting ? Task Automation ? Server Administration Scripts ? AD Automation ? Reporting and Monitoring Automation Additional Requirements ? Experience in ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred). ? Understanding of Incident, Change, Problem, and Release Management. ? Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills. ? Experience working in global delivery environments. ? ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
