Job description

• Resource Planning & Allocation: • Assign employees to projects or departments based on skill sets, experience, and availability. • Collaborate with project managers and department heads to forecast resource needs. • Maintain a central resource pool and manage deployment schedules. • Workforce Optimization: • Monitor employee utilization and workload balance. • Identify underutilized resources and redeploy them effectively. • Address resource conflicts and shortages through reallocation or hiring recommendations. • Talent Development & Support: • Work with HR to identify training needs based on deployment gaps. • Support career development by aligning assignments with employee growth plans. • Data & Reporting: • Maintain accurate records of resource assignments and availability. • Generate reports on resource utilization, deployment efficiency, and forecasting. • Compliance & Governance: • Ensure deployment practices comply with labor laws and internal policies. • Support audits and reviews related to staffing and resource management. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Proficiency in resource management tools (e.g., SAP, MS Project, Runn). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
