Job Description - -------------- **Location Name:** Pune - Wakdewadi **Job Purpose** This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. **Duties And Responsibilities** * Responsible for acquisition of BFLs CD dealers and deepening the relationship for the following Pre-approved products * Revolving Line of credit * LAP, HL, * LAP/HL Flexi loans * Business Loans * Responsible for delivery of annual operating plan across the following metrics: * Maintain regular customer connect * To complete renewals on time. * Loan book size, higher utilisation * Portfolio credit quality (i.e. Delinquencies \& Cost of Credit) * Interest Spreads * Cross Sell * Healthy portfolio mix * Develop annual account plans for Retailers * Effective monitoring, tracking and closing exceptions, deferrals and deviations. * Delinquency management and taking steps for early recovery from overdue customers. **Required Qualifications And Experience ** 1. CA/MBA Finance with 4-6 years of relevant lending experience. * Should have a strong entrepreneurial competency * Should possess good communication and inter personal skills with an ability to work in multi-tasking environment * Experience in SME lending/mortgages will be an added advantage. * Should possess entrepreneur skills. * High level of integrity and dependability with strong sense of urgency and result orientation * Result orientation and problem solving approach.
