Area Manager Tractor Loans Role & responsibilities • Achieve Tractor Loan and Refinance business targets. • Generate leads through dealers, channel partners, and direct sourcing. • Build and maintain strong relationships with tractor dealers and key stakeholders. • Lead, manage, mentor, and drive performance of the sales team. • Ensure team productivity, target achievement, and market coverage. • Monitor loan sourcing, processing, and disbursement activities. • Maintain portfolio quality and support collection efforts. • Identify market opportunities and track competitor activities.
