**Area Manager Tractor Loans** **Role & responsibilities** - Achieve Tractor Loan and Refinance business targets. - Generate leads through dealers, channel partners, and direct sourcing. - Build and maintain strong relationships with tractor dealers and key stakeholders. - Lead, manage, mentor, and drive performance of the sales team. - Ensure team productivity, target achievement, and market coverage. - Monitor loan sourcing, processing, and disbursement activities. - Maintain portfolio quality and support collection efforts. - Identify market opportunities and track competitor activities.
