Role & responsibilities Job Description for Marketing & Sales Role • Achieve overall defined sales Target • Attend to customers in terms of giving them information about the project, making sales pitch, communicating the procedures etc. • Maintain comprehensive database of sales details such as customer profile, source of lead and any other relevant information • Identify and suggest ways to generate leads • Collate leads from all sources and follow-up on a regular basis by making sales pitches • Update project details such as availability, price etc to customer facing team member in head office on a weekly basis to ensure consistency of communication to customer • Hand over allotment letters, demand letters and other necessary communication to customers • Update customers on a regular basis on the status of the project and other relevant developments • Maintain cordial relationship with the customers • Provide MIS support
