Assistant Manager - Solar/Transmission Line Procurement

**Job Title:** Assistant Manager - Procurement (Solar / Transmission Line) **Location:** Bhopal (Head Office) **Experience:** 610 Years **Industry:** Solar EPC / Transmission Line Projects **Key Responsibilities** - Manage procurement of materials and equipment for Solar EPC and Transmission Line projects. - Procure key Solar components such as PV Modules, Inverters, Module Mounting Structures (MMS), HT/LT Cables, Transformers, SCADA, Switchgear, and other Balance of System (BoS) materials. - Procure key Transmission Line materials such as Transmission Line Towers, Conductors, OPGW, Insulators, Hardware Fittings, Earth Wire, Tower Accessories, Foundations-related materials, and other transmission components. - Prepare and manage RFQs, comparative statements, purchase orders, and contracts. - Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials in line with project schedules. - Coordinate closely with Engineering, Project Execution, Planning, Stores, and Finance teams for procurement planning and execution. - Maintain procurement documentation, purchase records, MIS reports, and vendor databases. **Preferred Experience** - 6–10 years of procurement experience in Utility-Scale Solar EPC Projects and/or Transmission Line Projects. - Knowledge of MNRE guidelines, ALMM requirements, DISCOM procedures, transmission project procurement practices, and EPC tendering processes will be an added advantage. **Qualification** - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. - MBA in Supply Chain Management / Operations will be preferred.
