**JBM Auto Limited** is currently hiring for **BOP SCM (Balance of Plant, Supply Chain Management) roles,** with responsibilities focused on procurement, inventory control, and vendor management for auto components, **especially sheet metal parts**. **Role -** Executive/Sr. Executive **Key Responsibilities** **Procurement** - Maintain inventory levels as per defined targets. - Ensure cost-effective sourcing of sheet metal and auto components. **Logistics** - Arrange vehicles on time for material supply. - Ensure timely submission of bills and dispatch documentation. **Customer & Supplier Satisfaction** - Achieve on-time delivery of materials to OEMs/customers. - Resolve BOP quality issues in coordination with SQI (Supplier Quality Improvement) personnel. **Learning & Development (L&D)** - Complete minimum three trainings annually. - Ensure horizontal deployment of learnings across the team. **Qualifications & Skills** - **Education:** B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred). - **Experience:** 5 to 8 years in SCM, preferably in auto components or sheet metal industries. - **Technical Skills:** - SAP/MRP systems, supply chain software. - Data analysis and reporting.
