Executive / Sr. Executive (BOP SCM)

Job description

JBM Auto Limited is currently hiring for BOP SCM (Balance of Plant, Supply Chain Management) roles, with responsibilities focused on procurement, inventory control, and vendor management for auto components, especially sheet metal parts. Role - Executive/Sr. Executive Key Responsibilities Procurement • Maintain inventory levels as per defined targets. • Ensure cost-effective sourcing of sheet metal and auto components. Logistics • Arrange vehicles on time for material supply. • Ensure timely submission of bills and dispatch documentation. Customer & Supplier Satisfaction • Achieve on-time delivery of materials to OEMs/customers. • Resolve BOP quality issues in coordination with SQI (Supplier Quality Improvement) personnel. Learning & Development (L&D) • Complete minimum three trainings annually. • Ensure horizontal deployment of learnings across the team. Qualifications & Skills • Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred). • Experience: 5 to 8 years in SCM, preferably in auto components or sheet metal industries. • Technical Skills: • SAP/MRP systems, supply chain software. • Data analysis and reporting.
