Position: SCM Head Bhopal Plant Industry Preference: Sheet Metal Manufacturing Experience Required: 20+ Years Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead the Supply Chain Management (SCM) function at our Bhopal plant. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing end-to-end supply chain operations, preferably within the sheet metal industry. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee procurement, logistics, vendor management, and inventory control. • Drive cost optimization and efficiency across the supply chain. • Develop and implement strategies for timely material availability and smooth production flow. • Build strong supplier relationships and ensure compliance with quality standards. • Lead a team of SCM professionals and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Candidate Profile: • Minimum 20 years of experience in SCM, with leadership exposure in manufacturing. • Strong preference for candidates from the sheet metal industry. • Proven track record in strategic planning, vendor development, and operational excellence. • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
