The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing end-to-end supply chain operations, preferably within the **sheet metal industry**. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee procurement, logistics, vendor management, and inventory control. - Drive cost optimization and efficiency across the supply chain. - Develop and implement strategies for timely material availability and smooth production flow. - Build strong supplier relationships and ensure compliance with quality standards. - Lead a team of SCM professionals and foster a culture of continuous improvement. **Candidate Profile:** - Minimum 20 years of experience in SCM, with leadership exposure in manufacturing. - Strong preference for candidates from the sheet metal industry. - Proven track record in strategic planning, vendor development, and operational excellence. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
