Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing Company: Shoppers Stop Location: Mumbai Reports To: Head – Performance Marketing Experience Required: 4–5 years About the Role We're looking for an Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing to drive app-first growth for Shoppers Stop through paid and organic digital channels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running high-spend campaigns across Google, Meta, and app-install ecosystems, with a strong analytical foundation to translate data into performance improvements. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and app install/UA channels with an app-first mindset • Own SEO strategy and execution to drive organic visibility and traffic • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using AppsFlyer (attribution, cohort analysis, LTV, ROAS) • Manage budgets across channels to hit CAC, ROAS, and app install/engagement targets • Collaborate with creative, product, and tech teams to improve funnel performance and app UX • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and app flows • Monitor and troubleshoot tracking/attribution issues (SDKs, deep links, MMP setup) • Present performance insights and recommendations to the Performance Marketing Head • Stay current on platform updates, privacy changes (iOS ATT, Google Ads policy shifts), and industry trends Requirements • 4–5 years in performance marketing, with meaningful app-first / app-install campaign experience • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO • Proficiency with AppsFlyer or similar MMPs (attribution, event tracking, dashboards) • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, funnels, and campaign math • Solid understanding of the mobile marketing tech stack (SDKs, deep linking, tracking/tagging) • Experience in retail/e-commerce is a plus • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred but not mandatory
