Its mission is to give every Indian the confidence to access the best healthcare and to build long-term relationships with customers, rather than treating health insurance as a one-time transaction. **Role Description** The Assistant Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for supporting relationship managers in maintaining and strengthening relationships with individual and corporate customers, including responding to queries, handling policy-related requests, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The Assistant Relationship Manager will help manage customer portfolios, coordinate renewals and upgrades, and assist in cross-selling or upselling relevant health insurance products. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports and documentation, updating customer records, liaising with internal teams such as underwriting, claims, and operations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. The role also involves proactively engaging with customers to improve satisfaction, retention, and trust in Niva Bupa’s services. **Qualifications** - Strong customer relationship management skills, including ability to build trust, handle queries professionally, and maintain long-term client engagement. - Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken and written English and the ability to explain health insurance concepts simply and accurately. - Basic sales and negotiation skills to support cross-selling, upselling, and renewal discussions while maintaining customer-centricity. - Organizational and administrative skills, including accurate documentation, report preparation, and effective coordination with internal teams. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand customer needs, interpret policy details, and resolve issues efficiently. - Familiarity with health insurance or financial services processes; prior experience in insurance, banking, or customer service is an advantage. - Comfort with using CRM tools, office productivity software, and digital communication platforms. - Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
