This role is ideal for a seasoned hands-on recruitment professional with a strong expertise in Sourcing, Stake Holder management, market intelligence and hiring strategy within a fast paced and evolving environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in building high-performing technology teams by partnering closely with business leaders, driving innovative sourcing strategies, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring operational excellence and governance. **Responsibilities** Direct Responsibilities - Manage recruitment lifecycle for technology hiring across various skill & levels. - Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand the workforce needs and design an effective hiring strategy. - Develop and execute innovative sourcing approaches through market mapping, networking, referrals, social platforms and direct talent engagements. - Build strong pipelines for niche and critical technology talent. - Deliver seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Drive hiring efficiency by identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement within recruitment operations. - Collaborate effectively with HRBPs, onboarding teams, compensation teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of hiring processes. - Track and deliver against hiring metrics, SLAs, and reporting expectations while maintaining high quality standards. - Ensure strong adherence to recruitment governance, process discipline, documentation standards, and audit compliance requirements. Contributing Responsibilities - Mentor and support junior recruiters and contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives and projects. - Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and compensation benchmarking to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning. - Bring industry best practices and innovative recruitment approaches to strengthen hiring effectiveness and talent attraction strategies. **Technical & Behavioral Competencies** - 10+ years of experience in end-to-end technology recruitment, preferably within Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Global Capability Centers (GCCs). - Strong understanding of technology skillsets, talent trends, and the evolving technology hiring landscape. - Demonstrated success in managing complex and niche hiring mandates across multiple technology domains. - Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities with the ability to engage senior leadership effectively. - Excellent sourcing, market mapping, and talent engagement capabilities. - Strong process orientation with experience in driving governance, operational excellence, and audit-compliant hiring practices. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and high-performance environment. - Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills. **Specific Qualifications** Master’s degree in HR/ Management preferably MBA, or in finance, science, economics, related field. **Technical Skills** **Skills Referential** **(** **Required knowledge, skills and abilities)** - Knowledge of various sourcing channels and platforms - Knowledge of MS suite – Excel, PowerPoint and Word - Knowledge and experience of using an ATS **Behavioral Skills** - Analytical Ability - Team Player - Strong communication skills. **Education Level:** Master’s Degree or equivalent **Location: Mumbai/Bengaluru** **About BNP Paribas Group** BNP Paribas is the European Union’s leading bank and key player in international banking.
