KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Core Responsibilities –** **Responsibilities and Key Tasks**   1. **Administrative Responsibilities** - Scheduling OPDs - On call roster - CME/Meeting Schedule 1. **Clinical practice development responsibilities(shared with Director & Chief Surgical Oncology MHC)** - Referral network building - Implementor of process - Shared responsibility in section of VCs - Building max network 1. **Marketing** - Marketing of the department - Marketing of the institute **IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS** **Measurable Deliverables** - To be available for all emergency situation visible in the hospital. - Negative Patient Feedback not more than 2 cases in a year. - 100% Medical Documentation. - TAT’s as per NABH & IMS, Sparsh and other quality initiatives. **V. JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Minimum Qualifications** M.B.B.S+ MD/DNB/MCh **Experience** - 10+ years relevant experience **Technical Skills** - Have expertise in all ICU techniques - Through knowledge about the ventilators **Behavioural Skills** - Good Interpersonal skills. - Good communication skills - Leadership skills - Confident **Language Skills** - English - Hindi **VI.
