**Job Description** **Role:: Client Engagement Manager (Banking/Financial Services)** **Location: Gurgaon** **Who are we looking for?** - A senior professional who has excellent client relationship management skills and delivery/account management experience in the BFS domain - The individual should be a Self-Starter with ability to grow the Account - The Individual should be passionate about technology besides conceptualizing newer delivery models to meet client needs **Qualification** - 20+ years of industry experience, with hands on delivery/ account management skills in BFS domain - Experience in delivering modernization programs with agile exposure - Excellent communication, Client management skills **Primary Responsibilities** - Focus on the client's business problems - the ability to understand the client's broader business context and problems - Working alongside the delivery team and be able to map Mphasis services that are of relevance to solve client’s business needs - Work closely with the Sales Leaders to Grow the Account **Skill Set Required** - Should have a proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships - Should have the drive to grow the account profitably
