Job description

What You'll Do: • Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers for Cross Border Air Express services within an assigned territory • Achieve monthly/quarterly volume and revenue targets for international air shipments • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and market mapping • Understand customer shipping needs (destination countries, volumes, product categories) and pitch the right service solutions • Coordinate with operations, customer service, and pricing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery • Negotiate rates and contracts within approved pricing guidelines • Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends in the cross-border logistics space • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions in CRM • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through regular account reviews • Resolve escalations related to billing, documentation, or service delays in coordination with internal teams Required Skills: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proven track record in B2B/B2C field sales, preferably in logistics, courier, freight forwarding, or export-import services • Basic understanding of international shipping/customs documentation is a plus • Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and manage a territory • Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area Eligibility: • Experience: 2-6 years in frontline/field sales (logistics, courier, freight, export-import, or related industries preferred) • Education: Any Graduate • Other: Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred (this is a field-intensive role)
