Through strong integration with the Tata Neu ecosystem, Croma’s products are also accessible via the Tata Neu app. Croma has been recognized as one of the 100 most valuable Indian brands in the 2024 Brand Finance India 100 report, reflecting its strong market presence and growth. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Cluster HR Business Partner (HRBP) role based at the Croma Faridabad cluster, with operations aligned to the New Delhi region. The Cluster HRBP will partner with store and cluster leadership to drive HR initiatives, including workforce planning, staffing, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. The role involves managing employee relations, ensuring adherence to HR policies, and supporting compliance with labor and employment laws across assigned stores. The HRBP will oversee performance management processes, facilitate feedback and appraisal cycles, and support career development and engagement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include HR data reporting, coordinating training interventions, and supporting change management to enhance retail operational effectiveness. **Qualifications** - Strong Human Resources (HR) foundation, with experience in core HR operations and business partnering. - Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement activities. - Experience in Performance Management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development planning. - Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage. - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with store and cluster leadership. - Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office, with comfort in working with HR metrics and analytics. - Prior experience in multi-store or cluster HR roles, preferably in retail or a similar fast-paced environment.
