Roles and Responsibilities: • Source top talent for IT positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events for Canada Market • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates. • Coordinate interviews between clients (hiring managers) and potential candidates. • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Job Requirements: • 3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruitment. • Strong understanding of US/Canada IT market trends and requirements. • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Indeed, Monster, etc.
