**Roles and Responsibilities:** - Source top talent for IT positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events for Canada Market - Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates. - Coordinate interviews between clients (hiring managers) and potential candidates. - Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. **Job Requirements:** - 3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruitment. - Strong understanding of US/Canada IT market trends and requirements. - Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Indeed, Monster, etc.
