This patient-centric approach enables individuals and families to focus on recovery while Pristyn Care manages operational and administrative aspects. Role Description The Collections Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end collections processes, including tracking outstanding balances, following up with patients, insurers, and partners, and ensuring timely receipt of payments. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring aging reports, assessing credit exposure, coordinating with the finance team, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities. The role also involves resolving billing and payment discrepancies, negotiating payment plans where appropriate, and providing clear, professional communication to stakeholders. The Collections Executive will contribute to improving cash flow, reducing bad debts, and supporting a smooth financial experience for patients and the organization. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Credit Control and Debt Collection skills, with experience managing receivables and enforcing payment terms. • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to handle sensitive financial discussions professionally and clearly. • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret aging reports, identify risk patterns, and recommend actions for recovery. • Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge, particularly in billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and healthcare or insurance processes. • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field are preferred. • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or a similar service-oriented sector, along with proficiency in Excel and financial systems, will be beneficial. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach to collections are highly valued.
