If you're passionate about creating high-performing content and leveraging the latest AI tools to accelerate creativity, we'd love to hear from you. **Role Overview** As a Video Editor at DaMENSCH, you'll create engaging video content across performance marketing, social media, website, and e-commerce channels. You'll work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to transform ideas into compelling visual stories while integrating AI into your daily creative workflow. **Key Responsibilities** - Edit high-quality videos for Meta, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms. - Create engaging performance ads, social media reels, UGC edits, influencer collaborations, and product videos. - Develop motion graphics, typography, transitions, visual effects, sound design, and colour grading. - Leverage AI tools to enhance editing workflows, generate creative assets, speed up production, and improve overall content quality. - Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to execute campaigns from concept to final delivery. - Ensure every video aligns with DaMENSCH's brand identity and creative standards. - Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, AI innovations, and social media trends. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - 0-1 years of experience in video editing. Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are encouraged to apply. - **Strong proficiency in AI-powered creative and video editing tools** with the ability to integrate AI into everyday production workflows. - Expert knowledge of **Adobe Premiere Pro** and **Adobe After Effects** . - Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, colour correction, sound design, and editing principles. - Excellent command of spoken and written English. - Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality visual content. **Preferred AI Skills** Hands-on experience with AI tools such as **Runway, Veo, Kling, Higgsfield, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly** , or similar platforms for video generation, editing, automation, and creative ideation. **What We're Looking For** - A creative thinker who loves experimenting with new ideas and technologies. - Someone curious, proactive, and constantly exploring the latest AI tools and editing trends. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment. - Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and digital storytelling. **Portfolio Requirement** Please share your portfolio, showreel, or links to videos you've edited.
