Role & responsibilities : • Providing operational support towards effective implementation of the Uday projects across Education, Early Childhood Care & Development, Health and Skill-Development & Livelihood Thematic • Providing regular coordination support for the day-to-day functions across all the HCLFoundation supported programmes across Gautam Buddha Nagar • Managing end to end Internships at HCLFoundation. The would involve extensive coordination with Educational Institutes and HCLF Team Members. • Ensuring effective and regular coordination with internal stakeholders as well as partner organizations for any project related communication or updates • Engagement of volunteers in the location activities and supporting them in planning and implementing their monthly and quarterly activity calendar • Working closely with the field implementation team from all NGO partners working to ensure structured and effective implementation of project activities at the field level • Planning regular field visits to all projects to understand the needs and monitor the field level implementation of activities by NGO partners • Preparing a comprehensive monthly calendar of activities, important days with HCLFoundation supported NGOs and ensuring implementation as per plan • Maintaining and updating database related information of the location as per M&E requirements • Monitoring the budgets, utilization and timely execution of projects • Coordinating with the government departments of Gautam Buddha Nagar to provide regular updates and ensuring smooth implementation of activities at the field level • Ensuring convergence across all projects, thematic areas through regular coordination and review meetings, field visits, and convergence meets etc. • Conducting floor walks with business account volunteers as and when required to ensure effective engagement volunteers in the project. Preferred candidate profile : • Excellent track record of having worked in the development sector especially in the area of social work/ public health/ education/sports/ arts and developing partnerships with various stakeholders related to the Government ecosystem and on-ground monitoring and implementation of programmes • 8-10 years of working experience in CSR or NGOs with evidence of working on program development, scaling interventions, budget management, community mobilization, data collection, analysis and documentation. • Ability to deliver on time, independently, to work with a range of stakeholders, including ability to perform in a corporate environment and present the work at various forums • Should have prior working experience of Project Management and Monitoring & Evaluation • Experience of managing complex and time-sensitive processes • Experience in programme management, volunteer engagement, networking Qualifications: • Masters in social work or allied areas • At least 5 years of prior working experience in Corporate Foundation
