We hope that you** - have...10+ years of progressive experience in Poultry, Chicken Sourcing, Procurement, Integrated Poultry Operations, Agribusiness, or Food Manufa - cturing.Strong experience managing large poultry sourcing ecosystems, contract farming, integrators, or vertically integrated poultry ope - rations.Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, supplier development, and procurement transfo - rmation.Experience leading large cross-functional teams across multiple geog - raphies.Proven track record of scaling operations, improving cost structures, and driving operational exc - ellence.Experience with parent farming, breeder operations, hatcheries, processing, or integrated poultry businesses will be highly pr eferred.
