Team members contribute directly to shaping the future of sustainable transportation in India. **Role Description** The Electric Vehicle Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance on electric two- and three-wheelers, including inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure safe and efficient operation. The technician will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, replace components as needed, and carry out scheduled service tasks in alignment with company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate service records, following safety protocols, and collaborating with station staff to minimize vehicle downtime. The technician will communicate clearly with supervisors and team members about vehicle status, parts requirements, and any recurring technical issues. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for two- and three-wheelers. - Candidates should possess skills in Automotive Repair and Suspension diagnostics and servicing. - Candidates should possess the ability to perform routine service tasks such as Oil Changes and general mechanical checks where applicable. - Relevant technical diploma or certification in automotive or electric vehicle technology is preferred. - Hands-on experience working with EVs or automotive systems, including basic electrical diagnostics, is an advantage. - Ability to read and follow technical manuals, service procedures, and safety guidelines. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety. - Willingness to work shifts, including weekends or holidays, as required by station operations.
