Job description

Supply Chain Management • Ensure smooth flow of materials and components for sheet metal production. • Manage vendor development, sourcing, and procurement activities. • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials. • Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams for seamless operations. System & Compliance • Ensure ontime calibration of inspection instruments as per plan. • Support validation of panel checkers and gauges. • Drive compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO standards in SCM processes. • Prepare MIS reports for management review. Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute material requirement planning (MRP). • Negotiate with suppliers for cost, quality, and delivery terms. • Track and optimize supply chain KPIs (lead time, cost, inventory turnover). • Support new product development (NPD) by aligning supply chain readiness. • Implement lean practices and costsaving initiatives in SCM. Skills Required • Strong knowledge of sheet metal industry supply chain. • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / similar). • Good analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills. • Familiarity with quality systems (IATF, ISO).
