Job description

**Job Role:** Executive/Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition **Location:** Gurgaon **Role & responsibilities** - **End-to-End Hiring Ownership:** Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout to onboarding. - **Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building:** Build strong candidate pipelines through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networks) for diverse IT and non-IT roles. - **Stakeholder Management:** Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role expectations, provide market insights, and ensure timely closures. - **Quality & Hiring Metrics:** Drive quality hiring through effective screening, candidate evaluation, offer conversion, and tracking recruitment metrics (TAT, closures, pipeline health). - **Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:** Ensure a seamless candidate journey, maintain strong communication, and contribute to improving the overall hiring experience and employer brand. **Preferred candidate profile** - 25 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment across IT and non-IT roles with strong sourcing and closure capabilities. - Proven ability to manage multiple positions, stakeholder coordination, and hiring delivery within timelines. - Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing channels, screening, and candidate assessment. - Excellent communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven approach towards hiring.
