What your day looks like: Should be able to design static creatives and carousels for social media Create performance ads for Meta, Google and other performance platforms Assist in designing campaign key visuals and launch creatives Resize and adapt assets across multiple formats Design website banners and marketplace creatives Work with copywriters to bring campaign ideas to life Research beauty, fashion and design trends to keep our content fresh Prepare files for production and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma. Knowledge of After Effects is a bonus. A portfolio showcasing strong visual thinking and execution. Passion for beauty, fashion, pop culture and social media. Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Bonus Points If You Create digital illustrations or motion graphics. Understand performance marketing creatives. Follow beauty, skincare or haircare brands closely. Stay updated on Instagram, TikTok and emerging design trends
