Role & responsibilities • Manage performance marketing across Google, Meta, SEO, and SEM. • Execute WhatsApp campaigns for acquisition, retention, and re-engagement. • Optimize the B2C funnel through A/B testing and growth experiments. • Track campaign performance, attribution, CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics. Preferred candidate profile • 2-5 years of experience in Growth or Performance Marketing. • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and GA4. • Strong understanding of growth funnels, CRO, and marketing analytics. • Experience in consumer internet, fintech, e-commerce, automotive, or marketplace startups. • Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
