**Job Description:** Access Healthcare Services is hiring an experienced CRC Certification Trainer (HCC) to deliver structured training programs, mentor coders, and ensure high-quality risk adjustment outcomes aligned with payer and CMS guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct CRC / HCC certification training programs • Train and mentor medical coders on HCC, Risk Adjustment & Quality standards • Perform internal audits, mock tests, and performance evaluations • Support denial management & quality improvement initiatives • Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, CMS & payer guidelines • Track trainee progress and provide continuous feedback **Candidate Profile:** - 4+ years of experience in Medical Coding Minimum 6 months experience as CRC Certification Trainer (Mandatory) • Strong domain knowledge in HCC / Risk Adjustment • Hands-on experience in ICD-10-CM, CPT & HCPCS • Good understanding of RCM end-to-end cycle • Strong communication and presentation skills. **How to Apply:** If interested to apply, email your resume to **shamshath.k@accesshealthcare.com** Contact: 892 576 6183
