**Job Title:** IPDRG Trainer **Company:** **Omega Healthcare Management Services** **Location:** Chennai (Work From Office) **Experience:** 4+ Years **Job Description:** Omega Healthcare is hiring experienced **IPDRG Coding Professionals** for the role of **IPDRG Trainer**. We are looking for candidates with strong technical expertise in Inpatient Coding who are passionate about mentoring and developing coding professionals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver process and coding training to new and existing coders. - Conduct classroom and refresher training sessions on IPDRG Coding. - Provide floor support and resolve coding-related queries. - Educate teams on ICD-10-CM/PCS guidelines, DRG assignment, coding updates, and client-specific requirements. - Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to improve quality and productivity. - Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure successful knowledge transfer. **Eligibility Criteria:** - Minimum 4+ years of experience in IPDRG/Inpatient Medical Coding. - Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, MS-DRG/APR-DRG concepts, reimbursement methodologies, and coding guidelines. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Prior training experience is preferred; however, experienced IPDRG coders willing to transition into a Trainer role are encouraged to apply. **Interested candidates can share their updated resume via WhatsApp: 88702 41791 - HR Bhavana**
