Job Title: IPDRG Trainer Company: Omega Healthcare Management Services Location: Chennai (Work From Office) Experience: 4+ Years Job Description: Omega Healthcare is hiring experienced IPDRG Coding Professionals for the role of IPDRG Trainer. We are looking for candidates with strong technical expertise in Inpatient Coding who are passionate about mentoring and developing coding professionals. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver process and coding training to new and existing coders. • Conduct classroom and refresher training sessions on IPDRG Coding. • Provide floor support and resolve coding-related queries. • Educate teams on ICD-10-CM/PCS guidelines, DRG assignment, coding updates, and client-specific requirements. • Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to improve quality and productivity. • Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure successful knowledge transfer. Eligibility Criteria: • Minimum 4+ years of experience in IPDRG/Inpatient Medical Coding. • Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, MS-DRG/APR-DRG concepts, reimbursement methodologies, and coding guidelines. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Prior training experience is preferred; however, experienced IPDRG coders willing to transition into a Trainer role are encouraged to apply.
