**We're Hiring EM Trainer | Chennai | Omega Healthcare** Are you an experienced **Evaluation & Management (EM) Coding** professional with a passion for training, mentoring, and developing future coding talent? This is an excellent opportunity for experienced **EM Coders** who are looking to transition into a **Trainer** role, as well as professionals who are already working as **Medical Coding Trainers**. **Position:** EM Trainer **Location:** Chennai (Work from Office) Eligibility: Minimum **4+ years of hands-on experience** in Evaluation & Management (EM) Coding. **Coding Certification is Mandatory** (CPC, CCS, or any equivalent certification). Candidates with prior **Trainer** experience are highly preferred. Experienced **EM Coders** with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in mentoring and training are also encouraged to apply. Strong understanding of **ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS**, and the latest EM Coding guidelines. Ability to conduct classroom and virtual training sessions, provide floor support, and guide coders on quality and productivity improvements. Key Responsibilities: Deliver process and coding training to new hires and existing coders. Conduct refresher sessions based on quality findings and coding updates. Mentor and coach coders to improve coding accuracy, productivity, and compliance. Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines and share knowledge across the team. Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to drive continuous learning initiatives.
