Job description

**Role & responsibilities** **1. Bulk Recruitment Management** - Manage end-to-end recruitment for large-scale hiring requirements across multiple locations. - Plan and execute mass hiring drives for branch staff, sales executives, relationship officers, customer service executives, and operations roles. - Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements. **2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline** - Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultancies, and campus hiring. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring hiring needs. - Conduct walk-in drives, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns. **3. Stakeholder Management** - Partner with regional managers, zonal heads, and business leaders to understand manpower requirements. - Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment analytics. - Ensure alignment between recruitment plans and business growth objectives. **4. Screening & Selection** - Conduct resume screening, telephonic interviews, and candidate assessments. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. - Evaluate candidates based on role fit, skills, and organizational culture. **5. Recruitment Operations** - Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities. - Track offer-to-joining ratios and improve candidate conversion rates. - Maintain recruitment databases and ATS records. **6. Employer Branding** - Promote the organization's employer brand in the market. - Build relationships with colleges, training institutes, and recruitment partners. - Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process. **7. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting** - Monitor key hiring metrics: - Time-to-fill - Cost-per-hire - Source effectiveness - Offer acceptance rate - Joining ratio - Attrition of new hires - Generate recruitment dashboards and MIS reports for management. **8. Compliance & Process Improvement** - Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor regulations. - Standardize hiring processes across regions. - Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. **Key Skills Required** - Bulk/Volume Hiring - Talent Acquisition - Stakeholder Management - Campus Recruitment - Vendor Management - Recruitment Analytics - Interviewing & Assessment - Offer Negotiation - Team Management - ATS & HRMS Systems **Typical KPIs** - Monthly hiring target achievement. - Time-to-hire and time-to-fill. - Offer acceptance rate. - Joining ratio. - Recruitment cost optimization. - Quality of hire and retention of new employees. **Experience Requirement** - 3-10+ years in Talent Acquisition. - Strong experience in bulk hiring for BFSI, NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, Retail, or Sales-driven organizations. - Experience handling multi-location recruitment across regions.
