VLSI / Semiconductor Recruiter F2F interview Must Job Summary: We are looking for a VLSI/Semiconductor Recruiter to source, screen, and hire specialized technical talent while partnering closely with hiring managers and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: • Understand requirements for VLSI/Semiconductor roles and technical skill sets. • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and professional networks. • Hire for roles such as ASIC/FPGA Design, Verification, Physical Design, DFT, and related positions. • Conduct initial screening to assess technical experience and role fit. • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience. • Maintain ATS/database records and track recruitment metrics. Key Requirements: • Experience in technical recruitment, preferably VLSI/Semiconductor hiring. • Good understanding of VLSI/semiconductor roles and terminology. • Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Bachelors degree in HR, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field with prior VLSI/Semiconductor recruitment experience.
