The role involves managing endtoend sourcing, screening, and coordination with hiring managers for multiple business functions. Roles and Responsibilities • Source and attract talent through social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking activities. • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates as per job requirements. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. • Maintain candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and ensure timely communication. • Support hiring targets and contribute to a smooth candidate experience. Key Skills • Strong sourcing experience on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. • Excellent communication and coordination skills. • Ability to multitask and manage fastpaced hiring. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
