Instructional Designer | Fidelity Investments (Contract Role) Payroll Company: Allegis Group Client: Fidelity Investments Employment Type: Contractual (1 Year, Extendable Based on Business Requirements) Location: Bangalore Shift Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Experience: 3-5 Years About the Role We are looking for a creative and passionate Instructional Designer to join the Learning & Development team at Fidelity Investments. The role involves designing and developing engaging learning solutions that enhance employee capability, improve business performance, and support organizational learning goals. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop innovative learning solutions aligned with business objectives. • Create storyboards, scripts, and interactive eLearning content. • Collaborate with SMEs and project managers to build effective learning experiences. • Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy. • Measure learning effectiveness through Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model. • Utilize authoring tools to create engaging digital learning content. • Research emerging learning technologies and recommend best practices. • Ensure learning interventions positively impact employee performance and business outcomes. Required Skills • 3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design. • Hands-on experience with any one of the following: • Articulate 360 • Storyline • Rise • DominKnow • Vyond • Synthesia • Strong storyboard development and content writing skills. • Good understanding of instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy. • Experience working with SMEs and business stakeholders. • Strong analytical, visualization, and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Good to Have Skills • Experience with Degreed, Udemy, or Coursera. • Experience with Canva, Visme, Photoshop, or Illustrator. • Experience with Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or Murf. Educational Qualification • Graduate (Preferred: Fine Arts, English Literature, Mass Communication).
