Job Title: Technical Recruiter-Exp in C2H/Flexi staffing Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to fill our job openings. The Recruiter will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences, source candidates through various channels, and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. Responsibilities: Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and preferences Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Meet recruitment targets and metrics Mandatory Skills: Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
