Job description

Role & responsibilities • Independent Handling of Shift, Manpower handling & appropriate allocation. • Rejection & rework control, analysis of press production related problems & implementing control on the same, achieving 0 % breakdown by die related problems, and, achieving Inhouse customer satisfaction on quality issues • Maintaining of Automation of dies & properly check before loading, and, thorough preventive Maintenance of dies as per schedule. • To Perform Corrective and predictive Maintenance of Dies according to Tool Rectification and check dies before daily Press Shop Tentative loading Plan. • Carrying-out / supervising 5'S', Safety & Kaizen activities at the assigned zones.
