Lead Transmission Substation Business Development

Job Summary: We are looking for a **Lead Business Development** with experience in **Power Transmission, GIS/AIS Substations, and EPC projects**. The role involves evaluating power infrastructure opportunities, supporting **tendering, techno-commercial assessment, pre-bid activities, stakeholder coordination, and project acquisition**. Candidates with exposure to **Transmission projects, utility engagement, project execution, and contract evaluation** are preferred. **Role & responsibilities** : - Drive business growth across **Transmission, Distribution & Substation** projects. - Identify and pursue opportunities with **utilities, developers, and renewable energy clients**. - Manage **tendering, bid coordination, commercial evaluation, and contract negotiations**. - Support **site due diligence and pre-bid activities** by coordinating with stakeholders for timely completion. - Conduct **market analysis, opportunity mapping, and business planning**. - Work closely with **Engineering, Tendering, Finance, Contracts, and Project Execution teams**. **Preferred candidate profile** : - Experience in **power infrastructure / EPC business development**. - Strong **communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills**. - Proficiency in **MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools**.
