The role partners closely with business leaders HR and global learning teams to deliver impactful learning interventions aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements in APAC. • Lead end to end planning and delivery of learning and development programs aligned to business strategy • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate them into learning solutions • Manage learning needs analysis curriculum design and deployment of blended learning models including digital classroom and experiential learning • Oversee vendor partnerships external trainers and learning platforms • Track learning effectiveness using metrics dashboards and impact assessments • Ensure compliance with APAC specific workplace learning accessibility and inclusion requirements • Mentor Learning and Development team members and contribute to capability building within the HR function What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Learning Delivery Instruction Roles and Responsibilities: • Strong expertise in learning strategy instructional design and adult learning principles • Experience with digital learning platforms LMS LXP and virtual facilitation tools • Stakeholder management and consultative skills with senior leadership • Knowledge of APAC workforce regulations DEI standards and accessibility practices • Data driven mindset with ability to measure learning ROI and outcomes • Excellent communication facilitation and change management skills • Experience • Relevant years of progressive experience in Learning and Development or Talent Development roles • Proven experience managing enterprise scale learning programs • Prior experience working with global or regional stakeholders preferred
