Job description

Role & responsibilities • Identify training needs through performance analysis, feedback, and business requirements. • Design and develop training modules, workshops, and learning materials for employees. • Conduct training sessions, onboarding programs, and skill development workshops. • Coordinate with internal teams and external trainers to deliver training programs. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics. • Maintain training records, reports, and learning documentation. • Support leadership development, employee engagement, and capability-building initiatives. • Assist in implementing digital learning platforms and e-learning modules. • Ensure continuous improvement of learning programs aligned with organizational goals • Drive Employee Engagement and Fun@Work initiatives and calendars. • Support L&D programs, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives. • Coordinate with external L&D partners, LMS, budgets and faculty. • Drive adoption of digital/e-learning platforms and AI-enabled HR tools. • Manage monthly HR dashboards, metrics, and reporting. • Should have good Excel skills intermediate to advance level (Mandatory) Preferred candidate profile • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to design training content and learning modules • Good knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Ability to engage employees and facilitate interactive learning Qualifications • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field • 2 - 5 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training / HR Preferred Skills • Experience in corporate training, onboarding programs, or employee development initiatives • Knowledge of instructional design and digital learning tools
