Description External Job Description Job Purpose: To drive capability building, talent development and employee engagement initiatives across Manufacturing by designing enterprise-wide programs, managing talent pipelines, enabling workforce insights and strengthening functional and behavioural capability in partnership with business and HR stakeholders Key Responsibilities 1 Manufacturing Capability Building • Partner with plant HR teams and business leaders to identify capability priorities, diagnose gaps and development needs • Design and deploy flagship capability-building and talent development programs across Manufacturing locations • Support delivery of and evaluate learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of interventions 2 Manufacturing Academy Management • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain stakeholders to develop learning curricula, modules and capability frameworks • Drive communication, governance and deployment of Manufacturing Academy initiatives • Track learning effectiveness and capability outcomes through defined metrics, FGDs and reviews 3 Talent Analytics & Workforce Insights • Track and analyze key talent metrics including engagement, learning, attrition, promotions and internal movements • Generate workforce insights and recommendations to support talent and capability decisions • Prepare management dashboards/reports and periodic reviews for leadership stakeholders 4 Graduate Engineer Trainee GET Program Management • Manage the end-to-end GET lifecycle including campus hiring, onboarding and development journey governance • Coordinate trainee rotations, reviews and stakeholder engagement across manufacturing locations • Build market and campus talent intelligence to strengthen the graduate trainee talent pipeline 6 Employee Engagement, Wellbeing & HR Capability • Design and deploy manufacturing-wide engagement and wellbeing initiatives • Develop and implement capability-building and community-building plans for Manufacturing HR teams • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best-practice adoption across plants
