Key Skills: Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Functional consultant, Oracle HCM, Redwood framework, Oracle fusion, Stakeholder Management, Core HR, Hcm, UAT, System Integration, Oracle Cloud Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Core HR processes • Support end-to-end implementation activities from requirement analysis through go-live • Prepare and execute functional testing, SIT, UAT, and regression validation • Coordinate integrations and issue resolution across HR and recruiting workflows • Provide post-production support and hypercare for business-critical HR operations Skills Required: • 8 to 15 years of relevant Oracle HCM functional consulting experience • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion, Core HR, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud • Working knowledge of Redwood framework and functional configuration in Oracle Cloud applications • Experience supporting enterprise HR implementations with scalable process design and issue resolution • Exposure to functional testing, SIT, UAT, go-live readiness, and production support in Oracle environments Good to Have: • System Integration • VBCS • Oracle Cloud • HCM Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, HR, or related discipline
