**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Develop and implement organization-wide strategies for growth, improvement, and transformation. - Design and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. - Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business outcomes through effective people management practices. - Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the organization's structure. **Job Requirements :** - 7-12 years of experience in Organizational Development (OD) or related field. - Strong understanding of OD interventions such as organization design, organization restructuring, organization structure, organization development. - Proven track record of delivering successful projects in an IT services & consulting environment.
