Job Role : Executive-Payroll Location : Mumbai Work Mode : Hybrid Job Description • Payroll & FNF Processing - Processing monthly payroll for employees India payroll. Working with payroll vendors to ensure correct and timely payroll & FNF processing. • Handling expense management tool in Workday ERP. • Data Administration: Maintain and regularly update the internal payroll database with new hire configurations, bank details, terminations, and salary increments. • Query Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding salaries, tax deductions, benefits, and payslips, resolving issues promptly. • Reconciliation & Reporting: Reconcile monthly payroll data against of payroll taxes, benefits and compliance, the general ledger. • Bank entries for employee payment & statutory payment on workday • Conducting payroll induction new joiners. • Creating, running and analysing payroll reports as needed and working with team finance to provide journal entries. • Handling and co-ordinating all internal and external payroll related data requests for all geographies. Required Skills & Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience: 2–4 years of proven hands-on experience as a Payroll Executive, Clerk, or Officer. • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Keka, Zoho People, Workday, or QuickBooks). • Advanced Excel Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) for data cross-checking and reporting. • Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of local labor laws, tax brackets, and compliance standards.
