**Role & responsibilities** - BCom/MCom is must - India Payroll and Income tax experience is must. - Knowledge of SAP ERP system (HR Module) SAP ECC 6.0 or S4/HANA is must - Able to handle; Payroll calculation like, Gross to Net, Leave encashment, PF, ESI, Statutory Bonus, Gratuity, Over time etc. - Able to handle Income tax, Form 16, 24Q, Income tax annually return filling , Form 16 correction and Tax related query. - Experience of handling payroll operations for large volume of employees. - Good knowledge of labour legislation. - Ability to handle confidential information - Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations. - Managing internal systems and reports to resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders. - Good analytical skills. Ability to flexible with job duties and scope of work. - Proficiency in knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VBA, Micro etc.), Word & Power Point Good Communication in English is must. **Skills & Competencies** Payroll, Income Tax, SAP ECC 6.0, S4/HANA, GL accounting, Statutory compliances BCom/MCom **Payroll, Accounting, Statutory, MS Excel**
