Consistently recognized as India's No.1 staffing company by Staffing Industry Analysts and Great Place to Work certified for six consecutive years, Quess is a trusted global workforce leader. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site **Lead Generation Executive – Performance Marketing & Automation** role based in Bengaluru, sitting within Quess Corp's digital platform team. The role is laser-focused on driving qualified B2B leads through paid digital channels and marketing automation — generating pipeline for Quess's staffing and workforce solutions business. You will plan, execute, and continuously optimize performance campaigns and automated lead nurture workflows across search, social, display, and owned channels with one clear metric: cost-efficient, high-quality lead volume. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan and execute paid lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager targeting decision-makers across BFSI, IT, Retail, Manufacturing, and GCC segments. - Own the full lead funnel — from ad click to CRM entry — including landing page optimization, form design, and lead quality tracking. - Set up and manage **CleverTap** (or similar platforms such as MoEngage, WebEngage) for automated lead nurture journeys, drip campaigns, push notifications, and behavioral trigger-based engagement flows. - Build and manage **email and WhatsApp automation workflows** to re-engage, qualify, and convert leads generated through paid channels. - Set up and manage campaign tracking infrastructure: UTM parameters, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion events to ensure accurate lead attribution. - Integrate automation platforms with CRM tools to ensure seamless lead handoff, lifecycle tracking, and pipeline visibility. - Monitor and report on lead generation KPIs — CPL (Cost Per Lead), lead volume, MQL rate, conversion rate, and nurture funnel engagement metrics — and prepare regular performance dashboards. - Conduct audience research and keyword analysis to identify high-intent segments and optimize targeting across paid and automated channels. - Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, CTAs, landing pages, and automation sequences to continuously improve lead quality and reduce CPL. - Collaborate with the sales team to align on lead quality standards, feedback loops, and campaign-to-revenue attribution. - Manage campaign and automation tool budgets effectively, ensuring spend is allocated toward highest-performing lead sources. - Coordinate with external vendors or agencies as needed to scale lead generation and automation efforts. **Qualifications** - Demonstrated experience running B2B or high-volume lead generation campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads; LinkedIn Ads experience is a strong plus. - Hands-on experience with **marketing automation and customer engagement platforms** such as CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, HubSpot, or equivalent — including building journeys, segments, and trigger-based workflows. - Experience setting up **email automation, WhatsApp Business API campaigns, or push notification flows** for lead nurturing is preferred. - Proficiency in campaign tracking tools — Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM frameworks, and pixel/conversion event setup. - Familiarity with **CRM tools** (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Leadsquared) and understanding of MQL/SQL handoff processes and lifecycle stages. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret lead funnel and automation performance data and translate insights into optimizations. - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, data analysis, and dashboard preparation. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and automation workflows simultaneously, work on-site in Bengaluru, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
