Production Officer - MDI

Job description

- Oversee **plant production activities** to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. - Ensure compliance with **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and **plant SOPs**. - Supervise plant operators, technicians, and support staff. - Monitor raw material usage, batch processing, and equipment performance. - Coordinate with **Quality Assurance (QA)** and **Quality Control (QC)** for batch approvals. - Maintain accurate plant documentation including batch records, logbooks, and reports. - Implement and monitor **safety, health, and environmental (SHE)** standards at the plant. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and reduce downtime. - Liaise with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective actions on plant machinery.
