Production Officer - MDI

Job description

• Oversee plant production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and plant SOPs. • Supervise plant operators, technicians, and support staff. • Monitor raw material usage, batch processing, and equipment performance. • Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) for batch approvals. • Maintain accurate plant documentation including batch records, logbooks, and reports. • Implement and monitor safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards at the plant. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and reduce downtime. • Liaise with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective actions on plant machinery.
