Improvement –  •Responsible for improving 3M,12M & WM CPU. •Analyse claim data from field and update the part status and report to After sales •Making trend for the top claims and focus for the issue closure •Validate the effectiveness of CM by duplication of part in durability cars. •Child part reduction for field claims, reduce the claim cost in field. Corrective Action : •Responsibility for field part simulation and issue confirmation done with Aftersales •Prompt response for field  critical issues and reply with temp action •Planning supplier audit to ensure the process and have a quality control •Establishing, maintaining an effective corrective action procedure. Campaign : •Decision plan & Preparation of campaign approvals. •Prepare VIN list for field campaign and yard based on concern severity Service Action : •Preparation of TIB & TSB to avoid the wrong diagnosis and claims done in field. •Plan to visit dealers  for critical and safety issue to analysis and give prompt feedback •SQVOC closure with proper feedback and counter measure for domestic & export claims
